This looks like a top quality hitch. Robust construction, powder coating (better than just paint), and packed for shipping pretty well. However, mine came bent from the factory. To make a long story short, I attempted to install the hitch as per the instructions. Everything went well until I tried to mount the hitch to the mounting bolts in the frame. One mounting hole was bent about 0.5 inches out of whack. It could NOT be fiddled into position. Grrr! Anecdotal posting on car forums indicate that bent mounting brackets are not uncommon among all brands.I called the company the next day, and to Curt Manufacturing's credit, they replaced it with very ...
