I ordered this for my 2008 HHR. I had acquired a Thule 2-bike 1-1/4" receiver hitch bike rack, but I lacked a receiver hitch. My observations:1. This thing is heavy and solid. Probably 40 pounds.2. Easy to install. The hardest part for me was to enlarge the bolt hole in the frame. On the HHR, only the rear bolt hole needs to be enlarged and not by much. I also had to lower the muffler, but that was easier than expected. The guy who invented the little fishwire to pull the bolts through is a genius and deserves the Nobel prize in Auto Mechanics. 3.
