This i s quality manufactured Hitch there is nothing wrong with its construction. My issue with it came with my application. I installed the Hitch on my 1996 F150. I had to drill all the holes which took some time to mark and drill. some of my drill holes were very close to existing holes which made the drilling that much more difficult. I used my floor jack to balance and hold the hitch in place to mark the frame of the truck for drilling. The worksheet said install time was 30min. It took me about 2 hours.
