This fit right up to the frame but I had to take the bumper off to get the bolts to line up with the floating nuts. Taking the bumper was not difficult but I spent a lot of time trying to install it without taking it off first. I suppose somebody else could have figured a way to install without taking the bumper off but I could not.See all 1 customer reviews... The receiver tube has an open back end to allow for easy cleaning and for dirt and moisture to pass through and not get trapped as is common
