Received the properly packaged hitch via UPS. Box was strong and protested the hitch well. The hitch itself was perfect with a good powder-coated blemish free finish. The install process did not go quite as smoothly as I was hoping for, but I found that watching 2 videos on YouTube helped a lot. (The directions do make more sense if you've seen the video a few times.) I'm somewhat of a car maintenance novice, but I was able to follow the directions and properly install the hitch. I don't have access to a car lift so I used ramps - plenty of room. I have a Yak Double Down bike rack that I can now use on both vehicles. If ...
