First, the product is great and arrived quickly in great condition, no problems in that regard. We bought the hitch to use with a bike rack, and someday for a trailer. My husband did the install himself and reports: "This is a big undertaking for an average or above average do-it-yourselfer like me installing at home in the garage... The hitch itself is very heavy and impossible to hold in place with one hand while trying to insert the bolts to the frame. You cannot just hold up one side and start the bolts while the other side is resting on the ground... the hitch needs to be positioned up off the ground, close to the frame and of course ...
