Curt Manufacturing 17121
The Curt Hitch Shank pictured is not # 17121. The drop and rise dimensions are correct for the 17121. However the actual 17121 has 9 bolt holes in the vertical shank where hitch head is mounted. Vertical section is 12 inches long and the top is even with the top surface of horizontal shank. That leaves 10 inches below the bottom of horizontal shank.I understand that the Curt 5th Wheel hitches are made in USA and appear to be sturdy and well built.
