The primary purpose of buying a hitch for my 2001 Qx4 was to haul my motorcycle via trailer. The trailer tongue weight + motorcycle shouldn't be anywhere close to the max tongue weight spec of 500lbs for this Curt 13156 Class3 hitch reciever; nor the 5000lb tow limit.
